Today, let’s talk about your aura.
Your aura is your personal energy space around your body.
It can hold your thoughts, feelings, pictures, memories, hopes, worries, dreams, and the energy you may pick up from other people.
Sometimes you may feel fine one moment, and then suddenly feel angry, sad, confused, exhausted, emotional, or not quite yourself.
When this happens, it may not always be “you.”
Sometimes your attention, spirit, and aura may be far away from your physical body.
For example, you may be sitting at home in San Francisco, thinking strongly about a friend or loved one in New York or Los Angeles.
When you think of that person as if you are right there with them, your attention, spirit, and aura can extend away from your body very quickly.
Between San Francisco and New York, or San Francisco and Los Angeles, there are thousands and thousands of people.
Some may be happy.
Some may be sad.
Some may be angry.
Some may be sick.
Some may be confused.
Some may be exhausted.
Without realizing it, you may begin picking up or matching some of those energy vibrations.
That can affect your mood and make you wonder:
“Why do I suddenly feel this way?”
A Simple Aura Reset
Here is a simple reset you can try.
Gently tap your forehead with your fingers.
This can help bring your attention, spirit, and aura back to your physical body.
Then imagine your aura like a clear bubble around you, about 18 to 21 inches from your body.
This is your personal energy space.
Ground your body.
Smile, relax, and breathe… no effort.
Allow any energy that is not yours to release down your grounding.
Let gravity do the work.
Then imagine a beautiful Golden Yellow Sun above your head.
Allow that Golden Yellow light to fill your aura, your body, and every cell with your own good energy.
You are not trying to block people out.
You are not trying to disconnect from love, caring, or compassion.
You are simply bringing your spirit and aura back home to your body.
When your aura is close to your body and in present time, you may feel calmer, clearer, lighter, and more like yourself.
So the next time you suddenly feel different, pause for a moment and ask:
“Is this really my energy?”
Then gently tap your forehead.
Bring your attention back.
Redefine your aura.
Ground.
Release.
Fill up with your own Golden Yellow energy.
Come back to present time.
